About Bilgiç Foundation

Bilgiç Foundation was established in 2018 to bring its global experience in healthcare and technology to the world of education and research. Our foundation utilizes the international experience of the Bilgiç family in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors for more than 30 years to guide education and technology studies in these fields. Since its establishment, it has been working to contribute to society and to provide qualified educational opportunities to young generations, especially through health and technology-oriented education programs and projects.

One of the most important steps of the Bilgiç Foundation is the establishment of Istanbul Health and Technology University, a health and technology themed university. By establishing this university, our foundation aims to raise qualified individuals who will lead in the fields of health and technology. Istanbul University of Health and Technology offers its students a contemporary and practical education with educational programs that combine health sciences, engineering and technology disciplines. The university aims to transfer the latest innovations in the sector to its students and to develop an interdisciplinary approach by overcoming the boundaries between health and technology.
